What is Administration?
Administration is the process of an insolvent company passing the company to a third party who investigates the company’s financials and recommends whether the company should enter into:
- deed of company arrangement
- a liquidation
- or be returned to the directors
The Administrator has 30 days to make the recommendation but can apply for an extension if the company is large or complex in nature. To find out more, see our full explanation of the process and the role of the Administrator by clicking here.
