Brendan is a Chartered Accountant, member of the Association of Independent Insolvency Practitioners (“AIIP”) and Institute of Public Accountants, and has completed the Australian Restructuring Insolvency Turnaround Association (“ARITA”) professional education program. Brendan has led a number of high-profile external administration appointments, but is equally focused on ensuring outcomes for appointments of all sizes.
Anthony Perricelli has over 25 years’ experience in business, both as a financial controller and insolvency practitioner. Anthony is member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (“ARITA”) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. With an eye for detail and his accumulated business experience, Anthony is adept at strategic planning, decision making, and communication.
Dikesh Bulsara is one of the founding members of SM Solvency Accountants. With ten years of corporate and personal insolvency practice experience, Dikesh is keenly aware of the warning signs of a pending financial crisis and how to best deal with one. Dikesh prefers to consider the input of all stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve outcomes efficiently and with empathy. He is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Luke Thirlwell is approaching ten years’ specialist insolvency practice experience in both corporate and personal insolvency. Luke has managed insolvency administrations across a range of industries, including construction, information technology, freight, hospitality, retail and finance. Luke prides himself on his ability to listen to others and believes all stakeholders deserve clear, honest and straightforward communication delivered on a timely basis. Luke is a Chartered Accountant.
Mikaela Brown excelled in her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Taxation) and upon graduation commenced with SM Solvency Accountants.
Mikaela undertook an management accounting internship with an international law form prior to graduating.
Also, Mikaela has extensive work experience in taxation and general accounting, and contributes those skills to undertaking efficient forensic investigations of insolvent companies and individuals.
