Brendan Nixon is a registered liquidator and trustee with over 15 years’ experience in corporate and personal insolvency appointments. Brendan is a Chartered Accountant and has completed the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association’s education program. Notable appointments in which Brendan has been involved include the going concern sale of telecommunications service provider, the liquidation of a chain of 50 hairdressing salons based along the east coast of Australia, the administration of an indigenous housing association in central Queensland, and various annulments of bankruptcies via the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act.
Anthony Perricelli has over 10 years corporate and personal insolvency experience and has previously gained in excess of 15 years of corporate experience as a financial controller in various business industries. Anthony has a Bachelor of Business – Accounting degree, is a member of CPA Australia and full member of Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA). Anthony provides a professional, clear and empathetic approach to assisting people experiencing financial distress and seeks to provide them with appropriate solutions.
Dikesh Bulsara has several years of specialised insolvency experience gained at a national Australian insolvency practice prior to joining SM Solvency Accountants, and prior to that he had worked in the banking industry. Dikesh has experience in managing all types of personal and corporate appointments. Dikesh is keen to ensure that all stakeholders in an insolvency appointment are dealt with fairly, efficiently, and with suitable empathy.
Luke has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a provisional member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Luke assists with the conduct of both corporate and personal insolvency appointments.
Mikaela Brown excelled in her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Taxation) and upon graduation commenced with SM Solvency Accountants.
Mikaela undertook an management accounting internship with an international law form prior to graduating.
Also, Mikaela has extensive work experience in taxation and general accounting, and contributes those skills to undertaking efficient forensic investigations of insolvent companies and individuals.
